The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a highly professional and challenging working environment.
Responsibilities:
● Identify potential new geographical and product markets related to the financial industry and complete appropriate research on the prospective legal/regulatory requirements to expand in such markets.
● Planning and supervision on the implementation of projects related to the expansion and development of our Group.
● Provide legal assistance on various international business projects.
● Provide legal assistance on projects relating to new services and products.
● Provide legal assistance on projects related to products and marketing within a digital environment.
Key Requirements:
● Minimum seven years of hands-on international business experience, in a legal role, either in an international company relating to financial services, or banking sector, or cross-border online financial services (FX/CFD), or in a similar digital industry.
● A commercial mindset.
● Willingness to travel abroad on a regular basis.
● Excellent research and organisational skills.
● Ability to work under pressure and on tight deadlines.
● Holder of University degree in Law (LLB).
● Superior written and verbal communication skills in English.
As a plus:
● Master degree in Law (LLM)
● Membership of the ‘Cyprus Bar Association’ or any equivalent qualification.
● Knowledge of the Russian language
