RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
· Monitors the functioning of all trading systems and platforms
· Monitors our spreads and its competitiveness on a daily basis
· Executes client’s transactions as and when they are requested
· Assists clients with queries regarding trading and the instruments available for use by the client
· Monitors the flow of transactions of all HotForex clients
· Monitors activity in world markets on a continuous basis
· Highlights critical markets events that have the potential to considerably move market prices
· Investigates and resolves client complaints and requests regarding trading
· Investigates irregular transactions of clients
· Monitors competitors and their reactions to major market events
· Monitors and maintains the costs related to the tradable instruments (swaps, commissions, spreads. Etc.), in line with the market standards
· Performs competitive analysis on all products and highlight potential improvements
· Ensures mark-ups on accounts are being applied accordingly
· Creates analysis reports related to client trading activity on demand
· Monitors clients withdrawals and ensure funds originate from valid trading activity
· Offers training for dealers to carry out their duties effectively
· Carries out any further duties assigned by their line manager
· Contributes to a positive and dynamic working environment
REQUIREMENTS
· University Degree in Economics/Finance or similar
· Minimum 2 years’ experience within the FX Industry
· CySEC certifications would be considered an advantage
· Fluency in English - an extra language would be considered an advantage
· Has strong analytical skills and can work under pressure
· Able to work in a fast paced environment
· Must be able to work shifts (Monday - Friday)
