Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a Shipping Company in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a Functional System Manager;
Responsibilities:
First point of contact for (Key) user questions.
Unlock potential of platforms by informing people of system upgrades and unlock new functionalities.
Stay up to date of industry best practices and recommend solutions to enhance organizational efficiency.
Synchronize business and application processes and find solutions for inefficiencies.
Assist/Provide system trainings to Key- and End-users.
Interpreting internal or external business issues and recommend solutions/best practices.
Create and maintain new workflows and model processes.
Administer configuration changes and execute tests to assure changes will not have an impact on the production system.
Assist with modifying and maintaining system customizations to dashboards; views; business processes, workflows, and dialogs; templates; lead nurtures and email sends; reports, fields and forms; among other possible customizations.
General maintenance of applications and execution of preventive measures. Ensure that data is accurate and protected against unauthorized access by managing and maintaining configuration of business systems, user permissions, security roles and security teams.
Safeguard integrations in data quality (in/output controls) and performance.
Make sure that the data mapping and dimensions are aligned across systems.
Process owner for onboarding new entities / companies / business lines across systems.
Analyze system use based on systems logs and user feedback.
Help design & improve the platform based on discussion with suppliers and internal users.
Manage system requests, assess visability & root cause and collaborate with Internal (Project Management & IT) resources to determine solutions.
Write user requirements / user stories and maintain back-log on outstanding issues
Communicate with other departments. Key users of systems, Project Management and the IT department.
Be a part of change/upgrade projects and Support Key users in testing new functionalities (test management)
Documentation.
Document system and process descriptions (in Mavim).
Creating and maintaining technical documentation related to Dynamics 365 and other platform.
Bachelor’s/Master degree in Information Technology, Business Process Management, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience and/or education.
Minimum 3 years of experience as system administrator for Microsoft Dynamics.
Good knowledge of English language. Greek is a plus.
Familiarity with security roles and administration of security teams in Microsoft Dynamics and other platforms.
Experience supporting users, running feedback sessions with customers and execute testing.
Basic proficiency with API Management and mapping import scripts.
Experience working in a fast pace, high-growth company.
