Our company is currently looking to recruit a Junior Dealer to join our thriving and growing Dealing team. Reporting to the Head of Dealing the successful candidate will be responsible for:
•Monitoring execution of clients’ trades on company’s platforms.
•Monitoring and ensuring pricing to clients according to the market
•Risk assessing and covering company’s exposure with liquidity providers.
•Ensuring appropriate trades entry to the trading systems.
•Taking and executing client’s orders on telephone if requested.
•Communicating and assisting clients on phone or live chat during evening and night shifts.
•Reporting to the Head of Dealing Desk results per shift
•Responsible for ethical trading behaviour and acting in the best interest of the client
•Analyse clients’ trading activities and company’s trading book and report any potentially dangerous behaviour or misconduct

•University degree or relevant
•Some understanding of the Financial Markets
•Relevant experience in the forex sector would be considered as an advantage
•Fluency in English is a must
•Excellent computer skills

•Energetic and flexible to work shifts
•Ability to work under pressure
•Target driven and confident
•Ambitious with continuous desire for personal and professional development
