Our Company is currently looking to recruit an ambitious and dynamic Financial Manager to work closely with our Board of Directors. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall supervision and financial control of the Back Office and Accounting department of the company as well as the smooth running of the departments’ daily operations.

Duties and responsibilities:
• Preparing relevant Reports as and when requested by Cysec
• Responsible for the composition of the monthly and annual Financial Reports such as Balance Sheets
• Responsible for the composition of daily, monthly and annual Profit/Loss reports
• Responsible for the preparation of Internal and External Audits
• Monitoring and controlling daily operations of the Accounting Department
• Ensuring and controlling the timely and correct update of accounts
• Ensuring payroll is processed smoothly and in timely manner
• In cooperation with the Head Of Accounting conducting the necessary reconciliations between the internal accounts and records of the Company and those of any third parties
• Monitoring Back Office procedures and all processes are executed in a compliant manner according to Cysec directives
• Controlling and checking Back Office reports
• Applying Back office procedures

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a managerial role in the Financial Services industry and/or in a well-established Audit Firm
• University degree in Accounting, Banking, Finance or relevant
• ACCA, ACA or ICAEW qualification will be considered as a competitive advantage
• Fluency in English is an absolute must
