We are looking for an HR Manager who builds our team from scratch and at the same time is operationally involved in the HR module of our Company Builder.

Your area of responsibility

– Responsible for the recruiting for the Sustainable Seeds in consultation with C-level management team
– Establish a team culture in our mainly remote team
– Develop different HR processes
– Support our customers in setting up their HR processes
– Work with international teams (there is also the possibility of trips abroad while working with the different teams, specifically in Cyprus, Spain, Portugal)
– In the medium term there is the possibility (and the desire) to take over the HR department.

What we want

– At least a bachelor's degree, preferably in the field of psychology
– Work experience in HR
– A broad interest
– A mature attitude towards life
– Fluency in English
– An analytical mindset
– Attention to detail as well as an eye for the big picture and a sense of priorities
– Confident self-organization and willingness to take responsibility
– Hints so we can improve our recruiting process ;-)
