Required Skils:
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members & managers.
- Good understanding, repairing & working with Microsoft-Based OS or Aplications.
- University Degree in Computer Science.
- MS Windows OS from XP to Windows 10.
- MS servers from 2003 to 2019.
- MS Office from 2007 to Office 365.
- Knowledge to Install & troubleshoot Printers, MFC's & Photocopiers.
- Good knowledge of Antivirus & malware Detection.
- Fluency in Greek & English (verbal & written)
Optional Requirements:
- Knowledge of Windows Server Active Directory & Group Plicies.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server.
- Experience with UTM Devices.
- Knowledge of Vmware & Hyper-V.
