Job Responsibilities
- Meticulous about meeting standards and customer expectations, and committed to improving business performance
- Participating in the coordination of the activities required to meet quality standards
- Administering the performance of the quality management system, helping in the production of data and reporting on performance, measuring against set standards
- Performing daily random checks on products and services offered within the company and reporting on corrective actions
- Responsible for reviewing communications to identify areas of improvement and to identify best practice
- Following up with customer complaints and identifying corrective actions to the Quality Management system
- Participating in training and coaching sessions for Continuous Learning and Development

- University degree in Quality Assurance, Business Management or studies in a related field
- Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2013 Standards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
- Computer literacy (MS Office: Β Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
- Active listening, critical thinking and analytical ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and work within a team
